As Senior Administrator, Ree Douglas assists with operations for our Building Assessment team. Originally from Australia, Ree brings extensive customer service experience to the position and her previous role as Scheduler at Traffic Management NZ has equipped her with valuable skills for coordinating and scheduling jobs. Outside of work, Ree enjoys various outdoor activities including riding, hiking, and sports, and is currently learning to sail. She also pursues creative hobbies such as making homemade soaps and candles.

Neal played a significant role in overseeing a high volume of Canterbury earthquake reinstatements. He is known for being a team player who brings a good sense of humour to his work.

Originally from Australia, Harry is leveraging 8 years of experience in banking to drive growth. Having built strong relationships with clients across industries such as property development and software, his key focus is now on identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our reach into the banking industry. In his spare time, he can be found wakeboarding or on a golf course.

Graeme joins us with a wealth of experience from carrying out Auckland Flood Assessments and Pre-Purchase Home Inspections. Having worked in both New Zealand and Australia, Graeme applies his expertise to various property rebuild valuations. He enjoys spending his free time camping around New Zealand.

Xavier has contributed to significant Wellington projects, including Chews Lane, Athfield House, and St Gerard's Church and Monastery. While he lives in Wellington, he only supports the Hurricanes when they face the Crusaders!

Wiremu combines his technical skills with his love for outdoor activities to bring a well-rounded perspective to his work. He is of Ngati Kahu descent and has developed several key technical solutions, including C3IQ, our in-house survey application, and various in-house calculators. When not working on technical projects, he enjoys exploring New Zealand's hiking trails, playing basketball, and online gaming.

Rochelle is the Office Manager with extensive experience managing operations across New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Rochelle has led several key operational improvements, including the implementation of a new HR system BambooHR and assisting develop the company's in-house system C3IQ. Outside of work, she's an accomplished golfer with two holes-in-one under her belt.

Originally from the Philippines, she describes herself as an adventurous introvert who balances her love for new experiences with cherished quiet time.

Mike is a licensed Amateur Radio operator (HAM) and a member of the New Zealand Association of Radio Transmitters (NZART). He enjoys connecting with fellow Amateur Radio operators worldwide.

With international experience spanning New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, and Sri Lanka, Madupa brings a global perspective to his work. Originally from Sri Lanka, he enjoys exploring New Zealand by taking road trips.

Langton’s diverse project experience includes Elementum Long Bay, the Diriyah Gate Development, and the Home Affairs Head Office in Namibia. Originally from Zimbabwe, Langton has worked across South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Bahrain, and New Zealand. Despite a fear of heights, he challenged himself by taking on bungee jumping.

Jackie brings a wealth of experience from her previous career as an insurance broker and has a deep understanding of the industry’s nuances. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Jackie has completed a 10km open water swim and climbed Mt Aspiring. She also frequently enjoys multi-day tramps and mountain bike trails throughout New Zealand's diverse terrain.

Originally from Sri Lanka, Hansi has built extensive experience across Sri Lanka, Dubai and New Zealand. Known for her good humour, she loves singing (despite the reviews she’s received).

Originally from China, she has worked across New Zealand and Australia. Fiona maintains a lifelong passion for stamp collecting a hobby she began at age six.

Darren’s experience spans traditional thatched cottages in Ireland and accommodation complexes in the Pacific Islands, with work experience across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. A qualified firefighter, Darren has completed both the BNZ Tower Memorial and SkyCity staircase climb challenges. He even made an appearance on New Zealand's long-running TV series Shortland Street.

Ashleigh is a Building Assessor specialising in Central Otago's most prestigious homes. She has developed a particular passion for sustainable developments and liveable design, especially in properties built to withstand harsh climates. Ashleigh is especially interested in how smaller projects incorporate high-quality materials and sustainable features. When not assessing properties, she can be found singing at local pubs.

As Senior Administrator, Amy managed operations during the Queenstown state of emergency weather event in September 2023. Originally from England, Amy brings her organisational skills to critical situations. She's known among colleagues for her unique signature dish: a peanut butter and marmite sandwich.

Brett brings extensive international experience from projects throughout Europe, the Republic of Ireland, Australasia, Pacific Islands, Canada, and Mauritius. His portfolio includes involvement in the restoration of Westminster Abbey and MI5 (Thames House London). Brett has played a key role in developing Construction Cost Consultants C3IQ tech and operating systems. Prior to Construction Cost Consultants, Brett was once a certified hang-glider pilot who flew in Austria.

Alex has led major projects, including the $45m Abstract Hotel and Residences in Auckland and the $3.5b Transport Rebuild East Coast (TREC) Alliance, where he managed emergency works following cyclone damage. He also oversees Giltrap's property portfolio developments. Before his surveying career, Alex worked as an archaeologist in the UK, where he discovered a 2,000-year-old Iron Age sacrifice victim, excavated Roman Amphitheatres in Spain, and uncovered Saxon church tombs.

As our founder, Andy's industry experience is marked by successful leadership and innovative project delivery across multiple continents. His industry experience includes work on Hampden Park (the Scottish National Stadium), Auckland Art Gallery Refurbishment, and new wings at Middlemore Hospital. With experience across Scotland, England, Isle of Man, Australia, and New Zealand, Andy brings a wealth of international expertise. A former motorcycle racer, he has completed multiple runs of the prestigious Isle of Man TT track on 1,000cc bikes.
