This landmark project involved three major interchanges, connecting SH20 (South Western Motorway from Mt Roskill to Wiri) through Manukau City to SH1, providing critical links to both the North and South. The scope included extensive earthworks, pavement construction, engineering, and drainage works, spanning four and a half years and valued at approximately $210 million.
We played a key role in assisting with final account negotiations and managing the financial split between the Joint Venture (JV) partners.
