In addition to parking, the facility features commercial units at street level and a rooftop gym, providing versatile spaces for both businesses and visitors. The building’s exterior is clad with 187 individually punched aluminium panels, showcasing a striking Nikau Palm design that adds a unique architectural flair to the cityscape.
