To get this right your advisor needs to be able to assess your building and know what is defective, what might become defective in future and most importantly what it will take and what it will cost to stop defects impacting on learning.
A special kind of consultant is needed to write this plan. A consultant with the right balance of expertise in building pathology and the cost of works.
This is not a role for designers or builders. This is role for a surveyor. Specifically, a Chartered Surveyor from Construction Cost Consultants.
